We are looking for you who like to provide service, talk to guests and be a good colleague. Your attitude to life and work is more important than formal education. We provide training to everyone who starts with us via O'Leary's own training system and the hotel.
All our positions are varied and require you to be flexible and able to withstand a high pace at times.

Bardufoss Hotel is located in the middle of Bardufoss city center. Olearys Bardufoss restaurant or sportsbar is part of the hotel. The community in Bardufoss is great, young, and vibey and there are a lot of things happening even if the city is on the small side.
