Our meeting rooms
We have several meeting rooms at our hotel in the middle of Bardufoss city center, 5 minutes from Bardufoss Airport.

The meeting rooms are booked at a fixed price per room, as well as with a tea and coffee package (as lunch if you would like to add) per person.

12 people (20 people if no table is needed)
Perfect for smaller meetings/groups

Cost:
NOK 2500 per day, or NOK 1250 half day

Meeting room 2 (Istind Øst)
Capacity: 34 people (40 people if you do not need tables)
Perfect for larger groups and smaller conferences.

Coffee, tea and flip-over
Cost:
NOK. 3500 full day, NOK 1750 half day

Meeting room 3 (suite)
Capacity: 6 people
Perfect for smaller meetings, interviews and lunch meetings.
Available equipment:
Coffee, team, cups, cutlery and plates
Price for just use of meeting room:
NOK 2500 for half day between 10:00-14:00
